‘Quantico’ season 2, episode 10 preview: A ‘Hamilton’ connection; Claire Haas’ plan
Tonight, “Quantico” is going to return with ABC with new episodes at a new time, and in the process, we are going to get a chance to check out precisely if Alex Parrish can figure out exactly what’s been transpiring when it comes to the hostage situation and Miranda. Alex takes steps forward, but then others keep trying to force her to make a step back.
Next week, we’re going to have a new episode entitled “JMPALM” that will offer up a chance to see some more training at The Farm, but at the same time also an appearance with someone who is a major player in the theater world thanks to “Hamilton” — we hinted at that in the title! Take a look at some details below.
Synopsis – “At the Farm, Owen teaches the recruits a lesson on the necessity of betrayal, with a mission of getting the Venezuelan Consul Gabriel Carrera (Javier Muñoz, “Hamilton”) to turn on his country. In the future, Alex is forced to team up with Miranda to save the hostages, while President Claire Haas has a plan to end the crisis once and for all.”
Now, the question that you really should wonder is whether or not Claire’s plan is anything that anyone on the show would want anything to do with. While we haven’t necessarily seen a whole lot from her on the second season, at the same time we remember from season 1 just how involved she was in everything. She’s the most powerful person in all of America, and yet at the same time we know that her intentions are not actually in line with helping all of these people.
In addition to this upcoming episode, the next thing that we’re interested in seeing is precisely what happens in terms of the show’s ratings. Will the change to Mondays help? Given the lead-in, we certainly think that it won’t hurt by any means.
Promo – At the end of the night tonight, we saw Miranda effecting forcing Alex to go with her. If that’s the foundation for anything, it’s trouble. The betrayals are only going to get worse from here as more lives are at risk.
