‘Bull’ episode 12 preview: A hostage crisis at the TAC

Bull -

So far on “Bull” season 1, we’ve had the opportunity to see situations aplenty where many different clients, plaintiffs, and defendants have been in a certain degree of danger. Yet, at the same exact time the members of the TAC have for the most part remained fairly safe. They didn’t face a threat of going to prison … or worse.

Unfortunately, for next week’s new episode entitled “Stockholm Syndrome,” you almost have to focus on the “worse” since you’re going to be seeing some various members of the team in an extremely-dangerous position, one where if one thing goes wrong, it’s certainly possible that a character could die.

Synopsis – “The wife of a man who Danny helped imprison for manslaughter detonates a bomb at the TAC offices and takes the team hostage in order to force Bull to prove her husband’s innocence.”

Who’s in the most danger? You can argue that it’s Danny, if for no other reason than that this woman has the personal vendetta on him more so than anyone else on the team. Yet, at the same exact time we know that Bull has this nasty habit of getting himself into situations where he does not belong. It’s not all that difficult to envision a situation where he ends up shooting himself in the foot (not literally) and getting himself in a world of trouble.

One thing that is interesting to mark is that this is the first episode beyond the official halfway point of the season! At the time this episode was being made, we have a feeling that the writers had a good sense of what the show was, and were empowered to work to build it into the very thing that they want for it to be. We’re certainly interested in seeing now how the show continues to build and work on this as we get near a finale and possible season 2 renewal.

Promo – As we said, this was going to be dangerous … so much so that apparently, it messes up Dr. Bull’s otherwise-perfect hair.
