‘Shadowhunters’ season 2, episode 4 preview: ‘Day of Wrath’ is here
The story of “Shadowhunters” through season 1 to date is one marked with a number of surprising twists and struggles for the characters, and at present, we see zero signs of that slowing down or changing. When you are entering an episode entitled “Day of Wrath,” you have to think that things are going to get chaotic. You’ve got Jace in trouble, Clary facing issues on every side, and the onus of almost everything placed within the hands of a single character. Nothing is going to be anywhere near as easy as some of these characters would like for it to be.
In other words, expect a typical day of work for these characters! The further that these Shadowhunters get in the journey, the more and more complicated that things are going to get. In turn, it could also be very exciting for us as a viewer. Take a look at some details for the next episode below.
Synopsis – “Clary continues to struggle with the new Shadowhunter order as Jace is being held in The City of Bones with an unknown fate, and all suspicion in the Shadowhunter world continues to rest on Valentine’s daughter. When duty calls, Clary gets a little reprieve from the family drama as she helps Alec and Isabelle hunt down a powerful demon. But what starts out as a routine mission quickly puts the Institute on high alert, and what happens next will change everything for the Shadowhunters and their Downworlder friends.

Promo – This gives you a pretty good sense of everything coming up in terms of action, but more than that, this preview makes it clear that something life-altering will happen for almost everyone in the cast: We could see a Shadowhunter die. Obviously, this is terribly tragic for whoever doesn’t make it out of the situation (provided that this happens), but it extends beyond just that and could mean horrible struggles for almost every person tied to them.
