‘Celebrity Big Brother’ spoilers: Austin Armacost evicted; Jessica Cunningham, Kim Woodburn, Chloe Ferry join
Tonight, “Celebrity Big Brother” kicked off their “weekend from hell” by announcing the Angie Best was the first person leaving the game (at least by the hand of the British public). From there, Emma Willis warned that there was so much more to come, and that by the end of all of this, three new players were going to be entering the game.
Over the course of this article, we’re going to be embarking on that ridiculous journey to get a little more information, and that’s certainly something we’re excited to get snarky about! Someone’s going to be sent home, and more than likely feel really ticked off about it as a result.
New housemates – Let’s just get to the big news now: Jessica Cunningham, Kim Woodburn, and Chloe Ferry are the latest players entering the game. Cunningham is a former “Apprentice” star, Woodburn is known for “How Clean is Your House,” and Ferry is a cast member on “Geordie Shore.” We don’t know who any of these people are, so it’s hard to have any sort of big reaction to them being there. It may not be fair, but this isn’t a show all about fairness.
The new vote – Just because this show is mean, Emma entered the house and introduced the newcomers. Then, she had them vote on who was the dullest person in the game. This seemed more like an introduction to a twist than something that would lead to an actual eviction … but that was in part the twist! It was a close vote, but Austin was given three votes and was subsequently sent home. This capped an emotional, tumultuous week for him, and it’s definitely a bummer way to go. We don’t even like Austin as a character, and even we think that this was terribly unfair to him. (Also, this feels blatantly like production trying to get rid of someone boring for the sake of getting more drama, but we feel like it backfired since legitimately being boring people stayed over someone stirring the pot and getting angry. Also, how many times do these twists actually work out in the show’s favor? It isn’t that often?)
