‘NCIS’ returns in 2017, ‘Bones’ kicks off final season, ‘The Wall’ on TV

January 3, 2017 – Believe it or not, TV on Tuesday is almost back to normal. Viewers are set to get new episodes and after a long day at work, there will be few disappointments. The reruns fans endured last week (and the week before) are gone.

Last night the fans of “The Bachelor” and “The New Celebrity Apprentice” got a glimpse of what to expect this season from the latest reality shows. If you ask me (nobody did, but I am telling you anyway) these two shows are going to be intense this season.

‘Bones: The Final Chapter’ offer viewers answers, suspense

Fans of “Bones” are looking at the final season. This long running show isn’t pretending to keep solving crimes like an everyday occurrence though. Instead the show has promised to wrap up some unknowns and give the fans a solid season. What could be better? Catch “Bones” on FOX at 9 p.m.

‘NCIS’ returns with new episode

Get ready for Agent Gibbs and his team as they are handed a new, international case to solve. The previews offer a few details to decipher and that includes blowing up a few things. This CBS crime drama has the viewers thrilled and I can’t wait either. Check out my “NCIS” review later tonight along with “NCIS: New Orleans.” Of course, catch the action of both shows tonight starting at 8 p.m. on CBS.

Avoiding a Zombie Apocalypse? Join the Heck family in ‘The Middle’

The Heck family is in agreement on “The Middle”. Making it a mission to be the quickest family exiting an escape room, just in case something back would happen, like a zombie apocalypse, the family has a special moment together. If you watch the show, you know that this family rarely goes in the same direction, but to get out with time to spare, they need to work together. Follow the action (or will it be reaction) on ABC when “The Middle” returns at 8 p.m.

‘The Wall’: A quiz show with a horrible name

On NBC tonight “The Wall” takes the place of “The Voice” until next month. I admit to really liking this unique concept that offers up a different challenge in a game show. What I don’t like is the name of the program and how often I get slammed for people thinking I’m talking about politics. I don’t mix TV and politics. I’m talking the TV show and it’s fun. If I had any authority in the TV world, I would declare this show’s name something entirely different and decree this phrase would never be allowed to reference a TV show again. Alas, I don’t. In the meantime, the latest episode of this great game show is on NBC tonight at 8 p.m.

And Finally…. SAG Awards bleacher seats selling on eBay

Want to attend an award show this year? What about the SAG Awards? Hilariously the bleacher seats are currently being auctioned on eBay. While this sounds like some sneaky back end ticket salesman offering up seats, it’s completely legit and it goes to a charity. The area where you would sit is on the red carpet and directly in front of the stars who walk by. Check it out and bid. OR just watch the action on TV (no need to dress up all fancy if watching on your sofa).
