‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 8, episode 12 promo: Callen and Anna, action, and more

If you’ve been waiting for a chance to get some more insight into the next new episode of “NCIS: Los Angeles,” wait no further! The holiday hiatus is almost over and a new episode will be coming up on January 8.

CBS aired finally aired the promo for “Kulinda,” an episode that is apparently going to have a mixture of everything that you could possibly want from “NCIS: Los Angeles”. There’s going to be some romance, dangerous situations, and a few witty lines from Marty Deeks to go along with it (would it be “NCIS: Los Angeles” without Deeks’ commentary?). If you consider yourself to be one of those people who ‘ships Anna and Callen, on the surface, it does feel like there’s a lot to look forward to here! Whether or not that actually comes to fruition is another story all together. On the Deeks / Kensi front, there’s unfortunately not too much of an indication as to what you can expect.

Synopsis – “After a Navy reservist is killed while protecting a City Councilman, Sam is sent undercover in a private security firm with links to several criminal organizations. Also, Callen and Anna (Bar Paly) discuss the next steps in their relationship.”

While CBS isn’t necessarily giving you a whole lot to work with here in terms of details on the Sam story, we’re still very much all about any opportunity to see him go undercover. There are many crime series out there that do a great job of showing bumbling cops trying their best to keep their alter-ego a secret, but here “NCIS: Los Angeles” actually finds a way to make things a little more slick and sophisticated. Sam’s a seasoned pro at this, though at the same time that is hardly a guarantee things will go perfectly.
