‘Scorpion’ season 3, episode 11 video: Holiday cheer; Tim’s new ‘office’

Scorpion -There is going to be some drama that is coming your way during the final episode of “Scorpion” Monday night, but at the same time, we’re also going to have plenty of humor and lighthearted holiday fun. This is a show that doesn’t tend to drift all that far away from this for the most part, and we don’t expect there to be a whole lot different about Monday night’s “Wreck the Halls” as a result of that.

The videos below revolve around a series of different holiday antics, with all of them enjoyable in their own right. In one preview, we’ve got Toby showing off what is in his mind the ultimate holiday gift for Happy: A robot that she wanted for the vast majority of her childhood that he was able to both find a restore. At first, this is all really sweet, then it gets a little bit awkward when we learn precisely how much he wants Paige to enjoy this gift. Let’s just say that if she isn’t pleased with it, there’s a reasonably good chance that this guy is going to blow a basket!

Also, we’ve got in here Happy wearing an elf costume that she is not in any way happy to have on, and then also a chance to see Walter give Tim the “gift” of his own office now that he is an official member of the team: His own elevator shaft. In some ways, Tim is like the Toby to Walter’s Michael Scott: He seems to be a perfectly good guy, but he’s getting in the way of what someone else wants. For Michael, it was an office where Human Resources wasn’t getting in the way; for Walter, it is Paige. Get Walter and Paige together, and then find another role with Tim. We’re more than fine to see him stick around in some other capacity, even if that seems unlikely given that Scott Porter’s not a regular.

After this episode, we’re unfortunately on a hiatus that will last until the new year — hopefully, the show’s got some great ideas and stories planned for then, as well!
