‘Big Brother OTT’ spoilers: Who won the Care Package, and is co-Head of Household?

Over the Top -

While “Big Brother OTT” revealed yet another Care Package winner today, we actually don’t think it’s as good as some other ones that are going to be coming up. Being Co-Head of Household this week ultimately amounts to something akin to immunity, given that America is going to have a ton of sway the rest of the week. There are only going to be a few people voting, and America’s vote and their nominee make more of a difference than ever.

So who ended up getting the Care Package today? Think Jason. After being somewhat in the dumps for a few weeks in terms of popularity, he and the Misfits are in the midst of a little bit of a resurgence. What is interesting about this season is that the pendulum of popularity just keeps swinging, and we feel like it’s probably going to happen again before the end of this. Jason’s nomination does help ensure that at least one person within the Ballsmashers will be on the block, but if there are two of them off the block come voting on Wednesday, they will still have a very good chance of controlling what happens.

For those wondering, we also got clarification this week on what happens in the event of a tie: Whoever performs better in tomorrow’s Power of Veto between Shelby and Jason will be able to break the tie.

Here’s where this Care Package hurts Jason: He will not be able to compete for the Head of Household during the Double Eviction, and he also won’t be able to win the Double Eviction Veto that will prove to be huge. Right now, the contenders for that are Whitney, Morgan, Justin, and Danielle. The only other Care Package after that is the pass to the final four that can be won via a competition. We feel like many fans want to see Justin have that, so it could be up to Danielle to get the upcoming Veto if Misfit fans want their crew to try and run the table for a little while.
