’30 Rock’s’ 10th anniversary: How will Liz Lemon celebrate?

The 10th anniversary of “30 Rock” has fans celebrating one of the most interesting sitcoms on TV. Even Liz Lemon should be thrilled that she survived the television world and hit a major milestone. Known as the quirkiest sitcom on NBC (or any other channel for that matter) it gained loyal viewers and super fans over the years.  Even though the series is no longer producing new shows, Liz, Jack and Tracy are still sometimes quoted in everyday life and fans are still wishing they could still get a dose of Liz every week.

For some NBC viewers the anniversary of “30 Rock” could be a national holiday. Yes, October 11, 2006 was a special moment to remember. It was the day “30 Rock” debuted as Tina Fey and Robert Carlock’s comedy took a sitcom into a whole new world. The series, “30 Rock” designated with the critics and was nominated for 103 Emmy Awards. Sharing what could happen when putting together a show that was similar to “Saturday Night Live” fans were introduced to crazy scenarios carried out by characters who needed Liz’s attention.  From the behind the scenes issues to the silly antics of the stars, every episode had viewers checking out the happenings of the TV world. Now, 10 years later, the fans are celebrating this amazing show by sharing some of the best moments from the series.

’30 Rock’ loved by fans

After seven seasons and 138 episodes, “30 Rock” became the NBC sitcom staple that offered viewers an unusual look at how some TV offices work. Jack Donaghy (played by a delightful Alec Baldwin) seemed to find pleasure in making Liz Lemon’s life tough all the while pointing it out. Then there was the rest of the cast who offered up plenty of oddities to make every episode a little more interesting. The always attention seeking Jenna Maroney (played by Jane Krakowski), the other demanding star Tracy Jordan (played by Tracy Morgan), and then there was the overly loyal page Kenneth (played by Jack McBrayer).

What is the best way to celebrate the 10th anniversary of “30 Rock”? Well we know Liz Lemon would gather her team and share a few encouraging words about the success. Of course, Tracy and Jenna might get upset that they weren’t showcased, but Liz would figure a way to work out the trouble.
