‘The X Factor UK’ video: Nicole Scherzinger makes a big splash at Judges Houses

This weekend marks the Judges Houses portion of “The X Factor,” and of course one of main orders of business is getting the contestants comfortable and ready to perform in front of their judges. Why not have a little bit of fun in the sun in order to do that?

In the video below, you can see Nicole Scherzinger in particular make a huge splash while arriving in the South of France. This is where her remaining Boys are going to be competing for a spot on a team, and there are a lot of worthy contenders here. Some are entertainers, others are killer vocalists, and at least one or two others have the innate ability to connect with their audience. To us, this is the most important quality of being a successful recording artist: If viewers don’t care about you and feel nothing when you sing, it doesn’t matter if you are the best singer in all of Britain.

While this is all well and good, we really do wish that ITV had instead given us a preview featuring one of the team members for Nicole; out of all of the sneak peeks that we’ve seen for this weekend so far, shockingly not one of them actually features any singing from the remaining contestants. We suppose that this leaves everything a clean slate for at least a little while longer, which is certainly some good news for those of you out there hoping to see everything start from scratch this weekend.
