‘American Horror Story’ season 6 teasers reveal creepy hints

FX is clearly getting hip to the times when it comes to “American Horror Story” season 6, choosing to release the first three teasers for the show’s September 14 return on Snapchat. Of course, for all of us who don’t actually have Snapchat, that’s just a little bit of an inconvenience, no?

Luckily, we are lucky enough to have some of these teasers on YouTube now below! There’s not much that is official about either the theme or the cast based on these, but we do get a further sense that the network is embracing the sense of mystery that is existing around this season. They’re relishing in the opportunity to do something a little bit more of a mystery than last year, which was promoted probably a bit too much and was a little bloated when it comes to the guest cast.

After watching these, we certainly could see a farm being a logical theme for the show, or at least something a little bit more rural than anything that we’ve seen to date. It’s a little difficult to speculate on the setting or the time period, since the home pictured below looks like it is old enough to be from several different decades.

In terms of the cast, we do think that many of the recent regulars will be back, including Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, and Cheyenne Jackson from last season. We know that many key players from “Hotel” were invited back, but many of them may now be off working on other things. One of the luxuries that comes with doing a show like this is that there is a little more flexibility to go from one thing to another.
