‘Big Brother 18’ live feed spoilers: The new Head of Household; also, nominations

Frank -We spent the better part of Friday at San Diego Comic-Con, so we’re a little later than usual dishing out the latest from the “Big Brother” live feeds. Yet, we’re at least caught up enough to distribute a few notable things to know going into the weekend.

First, James is the new Head of Household after an incredibly long endurance competition. Apparently, it lasted more than five hours, and it’s no surprise he won given that he did well during some of these last season, as well. He didn’t have a whole lot of time to think before nominations, so he made the safe move in nominating Frank and Bridgette. Maybe it’s not a great move for his long-term game since Nicole / Corey and Paulie / Zakiyah are running the house and he is effectively doing their dirty work, but it is good in that nobody will be angry at him for this down the road.

Ironically, the person probably questioning him the most is his own showmance partner Natalie, but that may be in part due to her not liking Victor from his time in the house before his eviction. He has returned from the Battle Back, and for now, seems to be okay.

James has not ruled out nominating Victor in the event Frank / Bridgette wins the Veto; he has claimed he will entertain the idea of Da’Vonne, but we’re not so sure about it. The reality here for this week is that unless Frank really steps it up and wins the Veto, his goose is effectively cooked.
