‘American Horror Story’ season 6 promo features many questions, few answers

AHS -

We certainly understand almost many people out there being excited about the prospect of getting more “American Horror Story” on FX. Yet, at the same time it’s not exactly proving to be an easy proposition finding out details all about it.

FX did unveil a new Fearless VR Experience for the upcoming season of the show while at Comic-Con this weekend, but it does not exactly offer up much in the way of clues as to what to expect. As a matter of fact, you could argue that other than scaring you, it may not have any purpose at all. We know that there’s now a hallway in season 6. Who’s excited for that? We’ve heard theories about hospitals and apartment buildings, but nothing seems altogether locked in just yet.

What we will say is that given the lackluster success of “Hotel,” we do actually appreciate the show taking a more scaled-back and mysterious approach to things this time around. They are not forcing themselves to make huge announcements; heck, the show is not even going to be at Comic-Con this year. The thing that is probably the most interesting to us about all of this is that despite all of the mystery, the show is actually premiering earlier this year on September 14, and is going to run in its entirety this year. At ten episodes, it is also going to be the shortest season for the series to date.

As soon as some more news is revealed, rest assured that we’ll have it for you here.
