‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 4, episode 8 video: Cat airs her frustrations

There is a new episode of “Beauty and the Beast” coming your way on The CW Thursday night, and as a result of that, there are many reasons to be curious as to the direction of the story.

In the sneak peek below, we see that Catherine in particular is feeling somewhat frustrated over the present state of things, mostly in terms of how she cannot really get access to Vincent during his new undercover mission, and how she feels relatively helpless in terms of how much she can do. We do feel like this preview is a fairly nice reflection of some of the frustration that must exist in her mind at this particular point; unfortunately for her, she is unfortunately not really surrounded with some sage advice, either.

By the time we make it to the end of this particular sneak peek, we’re left mostly to wonder how Cat is going to continue to cope until she figures out a way to have him back and safe … even though the problem is that there is not too much she can do. Thanks to the presentation she made with Vincent at the end of this past episode, she severed ties with him publicly until they have answers and the drama is behind him. We’ll see how long this waiting game continues, mostly because we don’t really consider her the sort of character who tends to sit idly by and watch other things happen … especially when Vincent’s undercover partner could end up posing as a love interest. More on that coming tonight.
