Is ‘Person of Interest’ new tonight? Watching all move on

Tuesday nights over the past several of weeks have become synonymous for one thing more than anything else: Getting to check out new episodes of “Person of Interest.” New episodes of the show, thanks most to CBS and their rapid-fire scheduling, have been churned out almost like clockwork for the past month and a half, giving us a quick story that eventually made it to the end.

Unfortunately, in this case the end is in fact just that: There is no real hope for more of the show at present, and while past seasons may have had longer episodes, this time around we are standing pat at 13. This was a decision made by CBS before the start of the season.

So why it’s fairly definitive for now that the story is over, this is a good time to ponder what could be next for many of the cast members. For a time, Sarah Shahi had a pilot in “Drew” for CBS, but it was not picked up for series earlier this spring; meanwhile, Michael Emerson may be looking for a new project, provided of course that it is the right one, and who knows what is going to happen with Jim Caviezel? He is probably the quietest of all the cast members when it comes to an internet footprint. We have a feeling that we’ll see him in something else. As soon as there is more information out there, we’ll have it for you here!
