Is ‘Shark Tank’ airing on ABC tonight?

If you love “Shark Tank,” then you know that we tend to be rather vigorous in our coverage of the ABC show. We do reviews of some of the new episodes when they air, and to go along with that, we also do revisited pieces for repeats to measure where the companies have gone since their time on the show.

Unfortunately today, we come bearing what is not-so-great news to all lovers of the Tank who are out there: There is no new episode coming to the network. There’s no even a repeat. As for the reasoning why, it’s really so simple as the fact that the NBA Finals are on, and that will dominate the programming schedule over the course of the night.

Will anyone really take notice? If you’re reading this article, odds are that you have! Also, one thing that the diehard “Shark Tank” viewer probably forgets is that there are millions of people who just watch the show on a semi-regular basis. They’ll miss a few episodes, and then come back and see them at some point point when they are looking for something to watch on Friday nights.

New episodes of the show will start up on ABC likely in September, but rest assured that we’re going to have all sorts of coverage long before then! There will still be plenty of repeats to revisit, and it will keep up entertained for many weeks to come. Check back the majority of Fridays for the rest of the season.
