‘Outlander’ season 2, episode 8 video: What awaits Jamie and Claire in Scotland
After spending the first seven episodes of season 2 in France, “Outlander” is heading back to Scotland on this weekend’s new episode. What will happen from there? Basically, the promo below makes it clear that the trouble for Jamie and Claire will be far from over in the country.
For one, the two received word that Prince Charles may be in Scotland, and is working hard to continue his cause. Where does this leave Jamie? Let’s just say that he may need to do some difficult convincing and negotiating with Lord Lovat. There will be some familiar faces who return in this episode, including Jenny and Ian, and we also imagine that there will be a few other interesting developments that come as a result of these characters coming back to familiar territory.
While this promo may not reveal too much more than this, perhaps what is the most important is that we’re building towards something big, with Claire eventually finding her way back to what is her present with Frank. The events that take place here lead to that, and there must be a turning point that brings her to that place. will it come this weekend? It seems a little early, but anything is possible in one way or another.
For now, what she and Jamie need to work on above all else is the state of their relationship, which was heavily fragmented due to his arrest (regardless of the reason), and then also his absence through much of what she went through with Faith.

Outlander to me has be the best yet of all the good episodes to come to Starz in a long while. I would hate to see it
Go away for they have nothing else to fall back on. They have two great stars in the series in Sam Heugham and Clair, who have into their own and made the characters in DG books their own. I have not seen anything in a while
Like I said on Starz I care to watch excite Outlander, if that is not renewed I my not renew Starz and save some money.
