‘Legends of Tomorrow’ season 15 reaction: On Wentworth Miller’s future

Cold -For everyone out there who is worried about the future of Wentworth Miller on “Legends of Tomorrow,” we have for you now what could be perceived as good news. (Warning: Spoilers ahead!)

While on Thursday night’s new episode we seemingly saw the Leonard Snart character die in order to protect the team, it seems as though he may still have a life moving forward on the show in some way still. Per Deadline Miller is exiting the CW series as a regular, but in a truly unique arrangement, he will actually be a regular across the Greg Berlanti superhero universe. What this means is that he will have a contract to remain with “The Flash,” “Arrow,” “Legends of Tomorrow,” and now “Supergirl,” but he won’t be a permanent fixture on any particular show. He will be doing a lot of different things.

Here is ultimately what Berlanti had to say:

“What it really emulates to us is the comic books themselves where there really are a cast of characters … [While Miller] won’t be part of the team of Legends on board of The Waverider next year, he will have a very active role on the show.”

The great news for Miller is that he will be around a part of the franchise for some time, and who knows how this will work out? The sad thing is that “Legends” could really use him, given that he’s a tremendous actor who can do a wide array of different things. He’s also very busy, given his work on the upcoming revival of “Prison Break” for Fox.
