‘Supernatural’ season 11, episode 20 video: Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, and ironing

Want to have a laugh over a “Supernatural” scene before next week’s new episode even airs? Then we feel like the sneak peek below for Wednesday night’s new episode is really going to be right up your alley.

In this preview, Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles get to play their characters doing some of what they do best: Looking into cases, and squabbling with each other. We suppose that in terms of plot, the most important element of this sneak peek is that it gives us a sense as to why Sam and Dean are going to be heading to Idaho. It’s there that they have an investigation that could give the two of them some clues about Amara.

As for the humor, let’s just say this: Apparently Dean seems to think that it is a good idea to chug a little bit of beer while at the same time ironing Sam’s shirts. Meanwhile, Sam doesn’t exactly feel the same way. It’s just a little bit of classic Winchester fun before we get into an episode that could contain quite a few important developments; not only that, but this is the episode that may also give you a chance to see Chuck, and hopefully explain once and for all what is going on with him and God (or if the two are really the same person).

We’ll be back tonight with a little more news, primarily in the form of a preview for the next installment. It’s crazy to think, but we are clearly now in the hone stretch.
