‘The Amazing Race 28’ top 5 rankings: Where Tyler & Korey, Brodie & Kurt, and more stand

Kurt and Brodie -Friday night marks the beginning of the home stretch for “The Amazing Race” this season. There are only a few more weeks left this season, but we have a feeling that these are going to be intense, exciting, and so much more. Above all else, they should be fun much like the rest of the season has been.

Before we get too far into talking about the future, though, let’s talk about the now! Going into Friday’s new episode we’ve went ahead and ranked all of the teams in order of how we imagine they will perform.

5. Sheri & Cole – They both seem to be incredibly nice, sweet people. However, at the same exact time they have not been the best racers. As a reminder, this is a list of people in order of their chances to win. We actually think that these two have a good shot of making the final four, with the Double U-Turn potentially taking out a stronger team.

4. Dana & Matt – These dancers may have the strangest edit in 28 seasons of the show. When they are not fighting, they are barely on the show; yet, when they are fighting, they completely dominate in terms of airtime. This does not a winning team make.

3. Burnie & Ashley – We really think it’d be cool if Rooster Teeth went the Kelsey & Joey route and ended up winning, but we think that the edit is something really working against them. If you are not a Rooster Teeth fan, how much do you really know about them? It’s a worthy question.

2. Tyler & Korey – They’ve had their fair share of ups and downs, but they are getting near the end of this race in a pretty good position. They’re candidates to get U-Turned tonight, but we do wonder if they’re just too nice and sociable to want to target. They’re also extremely popular on social media, and we wonder if there is any sort of “fan fear” that exists with these teams.

1. Brodie & Kurt – Would it a little crazy to not put the most-dominant team #1 on this list? Sure, and we thought about not putting them there since we think they are more than likely to get hit with a U-Turn Friday night. Yet, there was that edit last week where learned so much about Kurt in particular, and that screams to us “potential winning team.”
