‘Arrow’ season 4, episode 20 preview: Diggle’s showdown with Andy and more in ‘Genesis’

Diggle -Tonight, “Arrow” returned after a lengthy hiatus with an episode that was all about mourning and learning to let go … but everyone was handling their grief in an entirely different way. For Diggle, though, he processed his grief in a very dangerous way. He is on the warpath, and based on what we could be seeing on the next new episode “Genesis,” we’re going to see what happens when he runs into Andy once more after the betrayal. Unfortunately for him, it’s not going to go particularly well.

The promo below for this upcoming episode definitely shows David Ramsey’s character in a definite state of peril, and it also gives you a chance to see Oliver more desperate than ever to figure out a way to destroy Damien Darhk. It’s not going to be easy, but we hope that it makes for compelling TV.

Take a look at the synopsis below for some other details, including something completely out of the blue for Thea:

“As Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) look for a magical solution to defeat Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough), a vengeance-driven Diggle (David Ramsey) gets a lead on Andy’s (guest star Eugene Byrd) whereabouts and heads off to confront his brother. Meanwhile, Alex (guest star Parker Young) takes Thea (Willa Holland) on a vacation that quickly turns into a nightmare.”

This episode definitely looks like it will be action-packed, but the reality here really is that this is a statement that you could say about just about every single episode the rest of the way. That is, after all, what happens when you’re in the home stretch.
