‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Hometown dates arrive for JoJo Fletcher

While as of late it’s been a little bit more difficult to get specific news on “The Bachelorette,” can you really be surprised about that? JoJo Fletcher is in the process of filming now the more secretive part of the season; she’s narrowed down some of her choices to a few contenders, and has even now visited at least some of their families.

If you want some more evidence of that, you don’t have to look any further than the message shared below from creator Mike Fleiss. The dates are “very interesting” according to him, which is probably the most boring tease ever but it’s better than nothing. If there is anyone out there who knows how to handle awkward hometown dates, the good news here is that it’s probably JoJo. Just remember her brothers going after Ben Higgins, or her ex-boyfriend trying to win her back right in the middle of a date.

From here, we imagine JoJo will narrow down her field to three, and then take off to film overnight dates before we get extremely close to the final Rose Ceremony taking place. By the time the show airs its premiere next month, the entire show will likely be complete, and JoJo and her potential new fiance will have the awkward experience of watching her date other people on TV.

Meanwhile, you’ll also probably get a chance to see some other guys chase fame and try to get themselves on the next season of “Bachelor in Paradise.” Hey, it’s just what happens here.
