NBC’s ‘Grimm’ season 5, episode 19 preview: ‘The Taming of the Wu’

“Grimm” has a knack for telling crazy storylines, but the majority of them tend to be one-shots with a few pieces of larger mythology sprinkled in.

We’re not sure we can say that so much about next week’s “The Taming of the Wu,” if for no other reason than that the events from tonight’s episode featuring Sgt. Wu are going to play an extremely important role. Not only that, but Adalind’s future is going to be front and center, Eve will make a few key revelations, and we’re going to be setting up even more of an endgame for this season than ever before.

For a few more updates as to what to expect, you don’t have to look any further than the attached synopsis:

“Suffering from the bite he sustained, Sgt. Wu (Reggie Lee) becomes entangled in a surprising altercation that may land him in hot water. After meeting the mysterious Bonaparte (guest star Shaun Toub), Adalind (Claire Coffee) is faced with a difficult decision that could change her and Nick’s (David Giuntoli) lives forever. Meanwhile, Hank (Russell Hornsby) gets even closer to Zuri (guest star Sharon Leal) and their relationship begins to take shape. Back at HW, Eve (Bitsie Tulloch) senses that a new force may jeopardize the entire operation.”

As for the promo below, let’s just say that you’re a fan of creepy music and/or character transformations and/or nursery rhymes, this one could be right up your alley! As always, we just wish it was longer…
