‘Law & Order: SVU’ season 17, episode 17 preview: What to expect from ‘Manhattan Transfer’

Law & Order: SVU logoCould next week’s all-new episode of “Law & Order: SVU” serve as a game-changer for almost everyone at the unit? It certainly seems that way, now that we’ve seen the preview below for “Manhattan Transfer.” Olivia Benson has done a tremendous job over the course of her career stopping sexual predators and other criminals, but what happens when we have people within the NYPD at the center of heinous crimes? Basically, it puts the entire SVU in a situation where if they make one wrong move, they could be forced out by people with absolute power, desperate to save their own hide more than to help some people who obviously need it.

If you are interested in getting some further news, we advise you to check out the attached synopsis for some more possible people at the center of the drama:

“An investigation into the sexual exploitation of underage Catholic schoolgirls leads to shocking charges against judges, legislators, DAs, and members of the NYPD.”

Given that this could be the last episode of the Mariska Hargitay series before we get around to a huge hiatus, we expect to be a very important one. Could we picture this series without the SVU together in this current form? It’s hard to imagine it, but there is something compelling about seeing this unit claw its way back up to the top after being silenced and buried for a time being. We’ll have further news on this episode as it comes; stay tuned.
