‘The Fosters’ season 3, episode 15 video: AJ issues an apology

Over the course of the past few episodes of “The Fosters,” we have started to figure a few things out when it comes to AJ’s backstory … we just wish that some of it was a little more positive. What we’ve come to learn here is that his brother was responsible for causing the accident that has been so publicized on the series, and he couldn’t bear to come clean about it for the longest time … even after getting so much help from Stef, Lena, and the rest of the clan.

Ultimately, the sneak peek below serves mostly as an apology more so than anything else, as AJ starts to make it rather clear specifically why he is so sorry, and while a lot of it has more or less to do with the fact that he was afraid his brother was going to go away and he’d never see him again.

The good news for him here is that he is dealing with some people who are rather forgiving, and life should go on in some shape or form over time. We do think when the dust settles that AJ is a pretty kind, caring person. The problem that he often will run into, though, is that he’s the sort of person who can let circumstances around him sway him, and he needs some people to help encourage him better to do the right thing.
