‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 12, episode 10 preview: How does Ellen Pompeo’s Meredith move forward?

Grey's -Grey’s Anatomy” Thursday night delivered on what was one of the most chilling, emotional hours of TV they’ve given us so far this season. So much for the series having a lighter tone, right? This was as dark as dark can possibly be.

So how in the world do we follow up an episode like “The Sound of Silence”? All we know is that “All I Want Is You” is the title for the upcoming installment airing in a week’s time, and we’re going to see Ellen Pompeo’s Meredith continue to recover after going through such a shocking near-death experience. For the first time in the back half of the season, though, we’re also going to get a chance to see some of what happened while she was in the process of healing. It’s not like time stopped for those six weeks, and there are some things that we’re going to have to play catch-up on. We certainly saw that based on Jackson giving April papers.

The synopsis below offers up at least a few nice teasers on what you can expect to see soon:

“As the hospital deals with Meredith’s trauma, Callie and Maggie perform a risky, experimental surgery on Alex’s 15-year-old patient against his professional opinion. Meanwhile, Owen and Nathan are still at odds with each other, and Maggie and Andrew’s relationship continues to develop.”

For those of you who are hoping to have some more information soon regarding how April and Jackson got to this place, the only thing that we can tell you is to stay tuned. We hear they will be the focus of the February 25 episode.
