‘Bones’ season 11, episode 9: Emily Deschanel, David Boreanaz send Thanksgiving wishes

The great news is that today is Thanksgiving. The not-so-great news? There is no new episode of “Bones” airing on Fox. You are going to be waiting until December 10 to see a new episode on Fox. It’s a little bit of an interesting scheduling move by the network, given that the show is airing two episodes on that date, and they will make up the fall finale. After that, there is no definitive word as to when the show is going to return for the second part of the season. Our guess is at some point in the spring.

Still, “Bones” still wanted to give you something to smile about, and they therefore shot a little Thanksgiving greeting (most likely a while back) below featuring stars Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz. These two are actually seen on the set for the Old West themed episode coming up in the two-part finale, where they are going to be bringing back some of their undercover alter-egos.

Will there be a few twists during the winter finale? Probably so, and that’s something that you can ultimately look forward to seeing to go along with so much else that you’ve come to love from the show, including the great crime-solving scenes and some of the humor.

For now, though, we hope that you’re enjoying the turkey! This is the time of year where everyone gets a chance to relax, sit back, and reflect. Hopefully the “Bones” cast and crew are also getting a little bit of rest for filming the rest of the season.
