‘Shark Tank’ video: National Association of Bubble Soccer scores some laughs

Shark Tank -Going into Friday night’s all-new episode of “Shark Tank,” we have no idea whatsoever whether or not the National Association of Bubble Soccer is going to get an investment. All we can say with confidence right now is that it looks like a heck of a lot of fun to play. The video below is proof of that!

As you can see, the Sharks get a chance to try hands-on a sport that prohibits them from even trying to us their hands. It’s basically a sport that combines athleticism with the freedom to look incredibly silly. We give Mark Cuban, Daymond John, and Robert Herjavec a little bit of credit for trying this out.

Fun aside, is this really something to invest in? Our biggest hangup with the company is not whether or not people want to play it; it’s whether or not people want to go through the time to play it. You’ve got to go somewhere, rent the equipment, and then round up enough people to play with. We think this is something that could work for birthday parties or something at an established location, but that’s about it. It’s an issue of mainstream demand.

If there is one thing that we could say here to offer up some hope, it is that there have been similar businesses offering up entertainment that have come on this show and done really well, earning some huge investments from the Sharks. A certain hayride attraction comes to mind. So it’s possible that when the financials are released, maybe there is something in here that appeals to at least one of the Sharks’ taste.
