‘Blue Bloods’ season 6 spoilers: Is Jamie in trouble with Internal Affairs?

Blue Bloods season 6“Blue Bloods” season 6 is a show not afraid to tackle the subject of police brutality. They’ve done it on several occasions, and with some of the accusations facing men in uniform over the past couple of years, it’s not exactly surprising that it has become more and more of a subject of conversation.

On the upcoming October 30 episode of the show, we are specifically going to see Jamie Reagan deal with this subject after being caught on videotape doing something questionable at a rally. The title for this installment is “Rush to Judgment,” and you can see some further news about what to expect below:

“When Jamie is caught on camera committing what could be construed as police brutality at an anti-policy demonstration, Frank is forced to turn the case over to Internal Affairs. Also, Danny and Baez investigate a rape case involving a civil rights attorney who claims the charges were drummed up in retaliation for the investigation into Jaime.”

In other words, this is going to be complicated … as many of these cases are. There’s admittedly a part of us at this point who wants to see a show about Internal Affairs, mostly because on almost every other cop show out there, these groups are construed in some way to be the enemy even when they are not.

We’re going to give you some more updates on this and many other season 6 episodes in the future; the most important thing to remember here, at least for now, is that there are two more installments coming before this one.
