‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 9, episode 4 preview: Sheldon needs a roommate

Big Bang Theory -You knew that this was going to be happening sooner or later, and it is now official: On next week’s new episode of “The Big Bang Theory,” you are going to see Leonard finally decide that he needs to move in with Penny, which of course s going to cause Sheldon to freak out.

So what will happen as a result of this? Think of that as the real focus of “The 2003 Approximation.” The synopsis below provides a little bit of added insight in terms of just what you can expect from this story, and also how Howard and Raj are going to come up with a new way to have fun:

“Sheldon learns of an impending change in his living arrangements and decides to revert back to 2003, a simpler time before he met Leonard and Penny. Also, Howard and Raj form a band to play at the Comic Book Store.”

We hope that the show manages to give Howard and Raj something more substantial soon, especially when it comes to the latter. We are about to enter the fourth episode, and there has been barely any mention of Emily or what happened in the wake of what happened at the end of last year. That was a particularly compelling story to us, mostly because that was something that Raj had never experienced before: Someone loved him, but he did not necessarily love them back. How does someone like him, who is so afraid of loneliness, reconcile this?
