‘Bachelor in Paradise 2’ spoilers: How finale will look for Jade Roper, Tanner Tolbert, cast

“Bachelor in Paradise” is such a strange beast. It feels in some ways like the show has been on for a long time, even though in reality it has just been on for a relatively short period of time in five weeks. Blame the three hours a week plus the aftershow for that.

Next week, the show will be coming to an end courtesy of a big finale event that will answer many questions, including whether or not anyone from this show is actually going to stay together. The finale here is still somewhat fluid given that this show is only a season old, but let’s go ahead and talk about it now from the perspective of what we know at the moment.

1. The herd will be trimmed – By the time we get to the finale, we’ll more than likely have just a handful of couples. Those who are not in serious relationships will all leave, since there’s no real need to lead anyone on.

2. There will be more individual dates – It is a chance to see if people can actually work things out in the real world. Tanner Tolbert and Jade Roper have already talked about this a little bit, which is why right now we’re rating them as the couple most likely to succeed after the show.

3. There could be a proposal – We know that the producers would love to have this, even if it’s hard to know for sure after just a few weeks of a season that you’ve found the right person. We do think it could happen, though, mostly because it’s not making anything legal.
