‘Power’ season 3 spoilers: On Ghost and Tasha’s future (and a love interest for Julio?)

While there may not be too much in the way of lengthy finale postmortem articles out there for “Power” at the moment, we do have to give some props to the folks over at Starz for doing something else we find rather cool: Getting some details on the new season straight from the mouths of the people who will be a part of it. Kudos to their social-media team for coming up with this idea, and getting so many people involved in the show to take part.

Let’s start with this one burning question: Are Tasha and Ghost going to be separated for good? With Angela still around, doesn’t this complicate things further? Executive producer Courtney Kemp Agboh makes it clear in one of the videos that so long as these two continue to have the kids, they will be intertwined in one another’s lives. That is something that neither one of them will run away from. The more complicated these relationships are, the better for us as viewers … even if that’s hardly good news for the characters themselves.

On a somewhat lighter note, it looks like Julio may get a little bit of lovin’ on the third season! This comes courtesy of the second video below via JR Martinez; he doesn’t get too specific about it, but it is something new to add to his resume.

Clearly, the cast and crew already knows what some of the plans are for the new season, which will premiere at some point in 2016. Based on the finale (read some reaction to that here), we feel like there is more than enough story to fill another 50 episodes, let alone ten.
