‘Teen Wolf’ season 5, episode 7 preview: Kira’s epic (and surprising) battle scene

Just in case you wanted to prepare for Monday night’s new episode of “Teen Wolf” by watching a Kira-centric scene, we now have a way for you to do just that!

Below, Arden Cho’s character is front and center as her mother decides that now is the perfect time for some reason to have Kira show off the animal within … specifically, the kitsune. In order to bring this out of her, though, at the same time she comes a little bit close to getting herself killed in the process. If there was not an interruption in the middle of the scene, who knows what would have happened?

Yes, this scene is mostly a testing ground, but when it comes to pure entertainment it has to be one of the better sequences that we’ve seen. The choreography here is strong, and we are curious just what the show is looking to do with the Kira character moving forward. At times, some of their plans have not been entirely clear.

Of course, there are still elsewhere a variety of other issues that need to be dealt with on the show, with at the top of the list being the Dread Doctors and figuring out just what Theo wants … and if he is in the process going to do everything from destroy Stiles’ relationship with Malia to his friendship with Scott. So far, he seems to be very much on the way to doing a lot of this.
