NBC’s ‘Grimm’ season 5 spoilers: Is Juliette completely gone?

Grimm -There are so many different panels at San Diego Comic-Con that at times it can be rather hard to keep track of all of them. “Grimm” came on at the same time as many others, so we are a tad late in sharing some news from it now.

The biggest headline that we can give you at the moment from the event, though, is fairly simple: Juliette is indeed dead. Her funeral is one of the things you are going to see early in season 5. It looked pretty obvious that this was the direction the story was heading at the end of the fourth season, but you do have to remember here that crazier things have happened. There is a tendency sometimes for the dead to magically rise, and for us to get frustrated with how showrunners are cheapening it. Let’s all be happy this is not taking place here, even if some of you are Juliette fans.

How does Nick move forward from all of this? That is an interesting question that David Giuntoli responded to by saying that “the baby is kind of the reason for him to keep going,” This will be part of his motivation and drive for at least the immediate future. This is a statement echoed in some way by Claire Coffee (Adalind):

“This baby is all she’s got in the world … She’s lost her powers again, but I think this time the focus will be the baby and finding a job.”

As for some other scoop, don’t expect much of the Royal Family at least in the early going, and there could be some big changes coming for Hank.
