‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Are Nick Viall, Shawn Booth about to get in a fight over Kaitlyn Bristowe?

The promos that air after “The Bachelorette” are often dramatic, and the one that aired after Monday night’s new episode is no exception. This one really wants you to think that the hatred between Nick Viall and Shawn Booth could get to a really violent place, one that leads with the two getting into some sort of fist-fight.

Do we think that it will get there? No, but in the promo that aired tonight we see Shawn going up to him and more or less threatening him to not mention his name in front of Kaitlyn anymore. We don’t exactly feel like Nick did the nicest thing ever by throwing Shawn in front of the bus, but everyone has been doing it to him over the course of the season, as well! Is this really that different? The big difference is that everyone has visual evidence of Nick’s past.

The sad thing about all of this is that we have sitting at the middle of all of the insanity a guy in Ben Higgins who is completely innocent in this entire war, and has to more or less sit around and watch the chaos swirl around him. In so many ways, that cannot be an easy thing for him to handle, but he may also think of it as some sort of strategic advantage since they will spend so much time fighting with each other.
