Want to prepare for ‘NCIS’ season 13? Reruns join ‘Criminal Minds’ as top July 4 marathons

NCIS -The Fourth of July is hardly a day that should be considered a tremendous one for television. More often than not, this is more of a day when people find a thousand or so things to do that do not involve TV at all. There are a variety of different marathons airing across TV, though, and maybe you can get some of your TV enjoyment out of these unless you are planning to spend the day plugging into Netflix or something else.

What we’ve got for you below is a list of some popular shows that you can watch throughout the July 4 holiday, and it of course includes a wide array of longtime fan favorites and of course plenty of crime procedurals. At this point, you would be hard-pressed to find a holiday that did not include a marathon of one of these shows. Note that these times are all Eastern, so adjust according depending on where you are.

“Criminal Minds” – Currently airing until 11:00 p.m. Eastern on ion.

“Saturday Night Live” – Currently airing until 10:00 p.m. on VH1.

NCIS” – Currently airing until 11:00 p.m. on USA.

“Drunk History” – Currently airing until 9:00 p.m. on Comedy Central.

“Buffy the Vampire Slayer” – Currently airing until 9:00 p.m. on Pivot.

There are some other new programs that will be on in the form of July 4 specials, including the annual Macy’s 4th of July Spectacular on NBC. This has been a very big week for the retail giant, who previously announced that they are cutting ties with Donald Trump (ironically, he has a line of ties) after some of his comments about immigration.
