‘The Walking Dead’ season 6: Andrew Lincoln, Lennie James front and center in Comic-Con poster

TWD -Throughout the fifth season of AMC’s “The Walking Dead” the producers got a heck of a lot of mileage out of showcasing the journey of Morgan to eventually reunite with Rick Grimes and the rest of his group. He eventually did so at Alexandria, but what we discovered throughout these episodes is just how different these two men are. Rick has become much more savage, and is a man bent on getting the job done regardless of whatever it takes to do so. Meanwhile, Morgan is far more of a pacifist.

What sort of conflict could this cause when season 6 premieres this fall? That is one of the bigger questions that is out there, and the new Comic-Con poster below really chooses to put their conflict front and center. Sure, the facial expressions are a little strange (we have no clue just what in the world Rick is actually looking at), but at the moment we’re just happy to see Andrew Lincoln and Lennie James back together. Also, you could also view this as a difference of opinion between Team Rick and the residents of Alexandria, who have managed to survive one way or another ever since he first turned up.

The sixth season will premiere this October, and there is quite a bit that you can look forward to here. If we were these people, we’d probably be the most worried about some of the threats that are out there potentially coming into the town … and of course the poison that could lie within. Rick has a tendency to metaphorically burn his residences to the ground.

Oh, and we’re still hoping for Negan casting. We may be hoping for that for a while.
