‘Rizzoli & Isles’ season 6 spoilers: Secrets in ‘Deadly Harvest’

We have seen over the years on a variety of different detective series some of the unusual places in which someone can choose to hide a body. Sometimes it is somewhere that nobody would seemingly ever visit (like the middle of the ocean or deep in some garbage landfill). On other occasions, it is somewhere that the body can be broken down to the point that it is hard to identify. (Yes, all of this is somewhat gross.)

On the upcoming third episode of “Rizzoli & Isles” season 6 entitled “Deadly Harvest” (airing on June 30), we’re going to see a very different approach. Specifically, what happens when a killer tries to hide a body at a place where people are studying decomposing bodies? This seems like a place that in theory would make sense (bodies are decomposing there already), but at the same time wouldn’t the researchers notice if something was a little awry? We would certainly think so.

The synopsis below (via TV Guide) should give you a little more information about another storyline, as well, regarding Angela and Jane. It may not be too meaty at the moment (maybe we will get some further information in a promo come Tuesday night), but it is worth pointing out nonetheless:

“A murder victim is discovered in a shallow grave at an academic research facility dedicated to studying human decomposition. Meanwhile, Angela hides secrets from Jane.”

By the end of this episode, we should have a chance to find out more about this whole Angela story … and we would of course assume that the case will be closed. Time will tell on that one…
