‘MasterChef’ season 6, episode 6 preview: Feeding Las Vegas

MasterChef -We feel like the potential for tremendous entertainment is very high going into next week’s new “MasterChef” episode, and there are a pretty wide range of reasons for that. Let’s begin first and foremost with the knowledge that Stephen is going to be one of the Team Captains for the upcoming challenge, which will be set in Las Vegas. This guy is loud, abrasive, and swears often. How will other people react to taking orders from him?

For the most part, the preview at the end of tonight’s episode did not really do much of a good job at giving us real insight into what the challenges in Vegas will be, save for that there will be a part of it revolving around familiar proteins such as chicken or lobster.

In general, what being in Vegas with this show reminds us of is back when Luca had the truly epic challenge in the city there, and despite almost being eliminated on the roof of a building, he did eventually end up winning the whole season. It’s crazy to think how someone can be so down at one moment, and then come back feeling like they are hitting the jackpot.

If we would have to name a potential winner right now, we’d say that Shelly is getting a very positive edit and is certainly high on the radar. Stephen’s certainly a big character who could be around for a while, as well, and Jesse did win the Mystery Box Challenge tonight.
