‘Teen Wolf’ season 5 spoilers: This new promo will probably freak you out

The fifth season of “Teen Wolf” is going to be premiering come Monday, June 29, and thankfully MTV is not wasting a whole lot of time when it comes to their promotional strategy. You can see the latest promo for the upcoming fifth season below, and what this one really does is give you an even greater sense of just how creepy this season could end up being.

It’s almost a surprising promotional strategy what the network has going on in the promo below. Until the very end, you really do not get an image of any of the actors. Given that you had Dylan O’Brien, Tyler Posey, and a number of other popular people on the show, we’re surprised by this. Why not promote some of the talent you have more! Personally, we feel like it is some sort of deliberate move to play up the sense of mystery.

For the most part, not much is known about the story for the upcoming season, other than that we are hearing that this may be one of the darkest seasons that has been put on the air so far. There will be violent new threats, but at the same time, a deliberate move to focus more on the younger characters. Tyler Hoechlin is not going to be a series regular for the new season, which reinforces that more than ever.
