‘Hannibal’ season 3 spoilers: Who does Lecter want to eat now?

How lucky are we to get such a wonderful slate of goodies when it comes to “Hannibal“? After being deprived for a long time, NBC is starting to open the floodgates with some of the first real material from the season.

We’ve already seen some trailers and behind-the-scenes featurettes, and the latest promo below is really just a continuation of more of that. You get a further sense of the rich European setting that Hannibal Lecter is surrounding himself in, just as you get a better sense of what the relationship between him and Bedelia is going to be like. Maybe there will be a romantic and/or sexual component to it, but beyond that she is still seeming to try and understand him further. In particular, she wants to understand what it is about Will Graham that draws one of them to the other.

While Hannibal continues to live in Europe, Will is going to get ever closer to discovering him. We will see him embark on a journey as early as the second episode to track him down in a significant way, and finally make him pay for some of his crimes. Why do we think that this is going to be so much more complicated than even we assume at the moment?

If nothing else, the line at the very end of this promo is definitely going to either draw more viewers in, freak them out, or maybe do a little bit of both.
