‘Teen Wolf’ season 5 trailer: Lydia takes center stage amidst all sorts of chaos

For those of you who were hoping to see a wide range of chaos when “Teen Wolf” season 5 premieres on MTV come Monday, June 29, we have a message for you courtesy of the full-length trailer just unveiled by the network: You are probably not going to be disappointed.

This new trailer certainly features a lot of the Lydia character, but to go along with that, we would say that several major characters from the series have some significant time in the spotlight. The most important thing is probably with Scott says at the very beginning of it all: The past few months have been pretty great. While this may be a cause for celebration at first, you have to remember that this is a show that prides itself on relentless action and creepy moments. If things are going well, it should really just be thought of as some sort of temporary reprieve. There is no guarantee in the slightest that things will continue to stay that way forever.

By the end of the trailer, you should have a reason to be afraid for almost every character.

The only thing that is a little bit of a letdown here is just that there is not much in the way of actual plot given away here. Clearly MTV is saving some of the goods until next month, and then maybe at that point we will start to see something a little more in-depth.
