‘The X Factor’ UK spoilers: The latest on Rita Ora rumors

It should not be that big of a surprise that there are even more rumors coming out right now about “The X Factor” UK, if for no other reason than that the press seems to be making its whole living off of these right now.

Take, for example, the latest claim coming out of the Daily Star that suggests that Rita Ora may snub an offer from the talent show, one that she has not even really received formally just yet, in order to do the American version of “The Voice.” She made waves as a coach on the British version earlier this year, and we assume that she will be asked back to return there.

As for the rumors about her jumping over to the NBC show, we just don’t see the market. She hasn’t really had any smash hits in America on the same level as across the pond; in the United States and Canada, she is most known for doing “Black Widow” with Iggy Azalea and for her former relationship with Rob Kardashian. The US show already has two other female coaches in Gwen Stefani and Christina Aguilera, and we assume that one of them will be doing the show this fall. We don’t get a sense that there is an attempt to hire anyone new.

There is not even confirmation yet that either Mel B or Cheryl Fernandez-Virsini are leaving the British “X Factor” this year for Rita to even have a spot. We’ve also heard already that the network in ITV is not that interesting in having a castoff from another singing show on board.
