‘Arrow’ season 3 spoilers: First look at Ray Palmer in ‘Broken Arrow’

Arrow -When “Arrow” returns to TV a week from Wednesday, it is going to be doing so with “Broken Arrow,” which may win the award for having the most terrifying episode title that we’ve seen for the show all season long. Maybe we wouldn’t feel that way if it wasn’t for the rampant rumors that something terrible is going to happen in this episode. Right now, that’s just furthering along our paranoia and pushing it to a new level.

If there is one character we are not worried about beyond Oliver Queen, it is Ray Palmer. Even though Brandon Routh’s character who may look a little bit beaten up in this particular promotional photo, there is no real reason to worry about him right now. His character should be just fine, since he’s got that whole spin-off coming on The CW in midseason.

What we’d like to see from Ray before then is ultimately rather simple: A chance to see his powers in action for a change! We know where the character’s story arc is going, and we feel like the nanotechnology we saw in this past episode may be the birth of them. The question here is mostly whether or not “Arrow” wants to go there with Ray on this or, or if they want to wait to do that when he gets his chance to shine elsewhere.

One thing we do know? The prognosis is not good for him and Felicity, given that makeout scene we saw with her and Oliver in a recent trailer.

What do you want to see on this big “Arrow” episode, and are you hoping to see more of Ray’s powers sooner rather than alter?
