‘Shark Tank’ revisited: Bottle Breacher, Man-PACK, the Natural Grip, Priority One Canine

The latest -Let’s start here with a reminder that there is no new “Shark Tank” episode airing on ABC tonight. Sad? We understand, but we’re here for you with some updates! Every now and then we like to touch back on some of the products that were on the show, almost like our own version of the update segments we often seen.

Tonight’s episode is the one themed around the men and women in the military, as every person on here has some sort of connection to the armed services. While not every business managed to find exactly what they wanted on the tank, they are all still continuing to try to make their businesses work in the real world. Take a look.

Priority One Canine – This was always an unusual product to bring to the tank, given that with the sort of specialized training that they offer, there is a limit to their business unless they brought in more people to help train. These dogs are still insanely expensive in that they cost more than most standard brand-new cars, but we imagine that if you are really in the money for a protection dog, you may give this a try. There really are not too many of these dogs that need to be sold annually for the company to be successful.

Man-PACK – The business is still going strong online, but the long-term issue here remains the same: Getting the word out there to casual consumers that they need something like this when there are already so many other players within the backpacking space.

Bottle Breacher – An unsung hero of this episode when it first aired. We vastly underestimated the market for these bottle openers when it first came out, and they have since become one of the more successful products of the past couple seasons.

The Natural Grip – Not only did they manage to get a deal on the show, but they also seem to have upgraded their site and the products more than ever since the show. We’re not a gym person so we can’t really speak of the effectiveness here; if nothing else, they look to be a business heading in the right direction.
