‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4, episode 16 spoilers: A fun Cruella tease

So far on “Once Upon a Time” season 4, we have already seen feature episodes in many ways about both Maleficent and Ursula, otherwise known of two of the three Queens of Darkness. As a matter of fact, we’re not entirely sure that Ursula is even going to be a factor moving forward based on what happened with her father and Hook, with a little bit of help from Ariel thrown in there.

So what about Cruella de Vil? We know that the “101 Dalmatians” villain is going to have some time in the spotlight soon, but we’re not sure that it is going to be coming in Sunday night’s “Best Laid Plans.” Most promotional material out there for this episode has hinted that this is more of a story about Snow and Charming, who are going to see much of their house of cards (not the kind with Frank Underwood) be toppled over thanks mostly to the revelation that they did something terrible to cost Maleficent their child. This, in turn, could lead to Emma Swan completely turning on the two of them.

Since we figure that we’ll have more on these characters later, let’s stick for now to the script tease below, which was first shared by co-showrunner Adam Horowitz on Twitter. This is Cruella-focused, and at least in a reminder that she has no problem killing puppies and turning them into fur.

Ultimately, think of this as a reminder that when she does eventually get her own time in the spotlight a little later this season, it is probably going to be epic. Given the changes that are going to be done to her character from the Disney roots, there is so much room for the writers to create something exciting.
