‘Dancing with the Stars’ 20 spoilers: Is ‘Bachelor’ Chris Soules officially on board?

Chris Soules -While ABC may not have confirmed it just yet, we can go ahead and tell you that this is for sure happening: Chris Soules is joining “Dancing with the Stars” season 20. This was basically all but confirmed when host Tom Bergeron made a rose joke during the recent cast reveal. Then, it was confirmed even further when his partner Witney Carson took some photos on social media in the middle of nowhere (likely Iowa). Even more evidence has surfaces, and we can go ahead and call this as happening now. The network will probably reveal this either on “The Bachelor: After the Final Rose” special Monday, or on “Good Morning America” the following day.

We’re going to spotlight Chris’ specific odds of doing well on the show in the days and weeks ahead, but for the time being, we’ll at least give you some of the facts. Chris becomes the second Bachelor in three years to get a gig on the ballroom competition. Sean Lowe had a spot previously, and there were reports that Juan Pablo Galavis was almost given one even in spite of the public backlash. Jake Pavelka is another former Bachelor to compete on the show.

No former star from the show has done extremely well on the competition. Both Jake and Sean made it to around the midway point of the competition. Meanwhile, Trista Sutter ended up being the first person sent home from the very first season of the show. Therefore, Chris could easily become the most-successful “Bachelor” ever on the show if he just lasts for a few weeks.

The premiere of “Dancing with the Stars” will air Monday, March 16 on ABC.
