‘Orphan Black’ season 3 spoilers: Major changes for Delphine

Orphan BlackSomeone has to be responsible for Dyad on “Orphan Black,” right? The downfall of Rachel at the end of last season (at least for the time being) leaves a void, and that is of course a void that needs to be filled. Of course, there are far more complications that come along with that beyond just taking a job.

In case you haven’t heard, Delphine will be the one in the position in the third season, and while there may be some good things that come out of this, there are also many potential negatives. Want to know more right now? Then just take a look below at what executive producer John Fawcett had to say to Entertainment Weekly:

“Delphine’s job responsibilities have changed mainly because there is a position that has been vacated, because of the fall of Rachel … Someone has had to step into Rachel’s chair, which may interfere—in a large degree—in her relationship with Cosima.”

There are many questions with the addition of all the male clones on “Orphan Black” this coming season that we really cannot hope to answer at this very moment. With that in mind, we’re really fine at the moment to focus our energy on something simple: We want to just see our established characters thrown into confusing, interesting situations. Anything that really changes up the entire structure of the series is something that we can totally get behind.

The biggest thing we hope for is that you are the patient type. After all, we are still slightly less than three months away from the premiere, and that means we’ll probably have to spend much more time guessing and speculating.
