‘The Voice’ UK preview: Rita Ora, Tom Jones, and a few more laughs

Voice -As of right now, it may be pretty fair to say that “The Voice UK” has a somewhat-suspicious strategy when it comes to promoting its new episode airing on the BBC Saturday night. Specifically, that strategy seems to be barely showing us any of the contestants at all.

Why do this? The only reason that we can think of, and this is being optimistic / hopeful, is that maybe the network realizes that they cannot accurately present a contestant or their story in the short timespan allowed by a promo. Therefore, they focus more on the coaches, since these are a group of people the majority of viewers both know and understand very well already. They are the stars of the show, and newcomer Rita Ora did a very good job in her first live show.

Let’s just hope that the lack of singing talent in this promo is not due to any other reason, and by that, we mean that let’s just hope that it has nothing to do with the quality of the artists themselves. We really want to hope that these people are genuinely fantastic singers this season, and that we are not getting closer to the talent pool in the UK drying up.

Regardless, we’re going to have a full take on this big episode in just over 12 hours from now, so be sure to come back then. We hope to be your source for all news related to “The Voice UK” all season!
