‘Arrow’ season 3 spoilers: What we know about upcoming episodes (so far)

Arrow -We may have done a few assorted stories here and there about the future of “Arrow,” but doesn’t it feel like it’s time to go big-picture for the moment? What we have in this article is a quick guide to many of the episodes that are coming up in the weeks ahead, starting with the January 21 return of the show. There are no major spoilers (we wouldn’t do that), but we do have a few small teases in here about what you could expect.

3×10, “Left Behind” – This is the winter premiere, and it is going to raise the big question again: What really happened to Oliver Queen? We don’t really think there is any question about Stephen Amell’s future on the show, but there is mystery in how Oliver moves forward if he survives, and who could be helping him (if anyone).

3×11, “Midnight City” – One of the more generic titles that we have, but on the color wheel, midnight is awfully close to black, and we know that the Canary is rising soon.

3×12, “Uprising” – What is somewhat interesting about this title is that “the uprising” is something we always associated with Slade Wilson at the end of season 2. Still, this is not the episode he is returning.

3×13, “Canaries” – Is this the return of Caity Lotz? We know she’ll be back at one point next year, and we could be down for a story about parallels between her Canary and Laurel’s, even if Laurel has a long way to go.

3×14, “The Return” – This is where you will see Slade again, but the question here is this: Is he returning in the present, and is he returning to Starling City? Given that showrunner Marc Guggenheim co-wrote this episode, it will probably be a big deal.
